  • What is LimitLessTV IPTV?
    • Internet Protocol Television is a way to stream media content through an internet connection. With LimitlessTV you can stream live television, as well as previously aired broadcasts. LimitLessTV offers the hosting necessary to stream the media content to your device. With LimitLessTV you can stream live TV and previously aired broadcasts to your device, computer, television, tablet, phone, etc.
  • Does LimitlessTV own the applications?
    • LimitLessTV does not own or operate the applications.
  • What are the pros and cons of LimitLessTV?
    • LimitLessTV powered by T.O.P.S. TV offers a lot of content for a very low price. Our app is constantly being improved and updated. The service however is not perfect; channels will go down from time to time and come back up as with many streaming applications.
  • What is the picture quality of LimitLessTV?
    • All of channels are in HD quality 1080p and some in 720p. Check your internet speed to ensure you will be able to enjoy streaming without buffering issues. To test your internet speed, connect a device to the internet access you want to test and go to www.speedtest.com.
  • How fast does my internet speed have to be?
    • There are a number of variables that determine the necessary internet speed to stream content over the internet. A few of the important ones are; the resolution of the content you are streaming, the number of different streams you have at one time, and other devices using your internet access while streaming. For example, Netflix for a single stream recommends a constant speed of at least 15 megabits per second (mbps) for HD quality. However, most homes have multiple people using the internet at the same time, so it would be fair to say at least 25 megabits per second would be better suited. For multiple streams at once, it is usually recommended to have a constant stream of at least 50 to 100 megabits per second. To test your internet speed, connect a device to the internet access you want to test and go to www.speedtest.net
  • Can I download the app to multiple devices?
    • Yes, you can download the LimitLessTv powered by T.O.P.S. TV app to multiple devices. Depending on which hosting service you order will determine the number of TV's or devices you can stream to at one time.
  • How much can I stream per month?
    • The streaming amount is unlimited for every plan. You can choose to stream 24 hours a day, it is included in your plan. Happy streaming!
  • Is there a TV guide or EPG available?
    • Yes, the guide is included in your monthly hosting service.

  • Can I use LimitlessTV living in an apartment or condominium?
    • Yes, LimitlessTV is perfect for people who live in an apartment! LimitlessTV works well anywhere with high-speed internet; including apartment buildings and high-rise buildings, where satellite TV cannot be installed. Often traveling? LimitlessTV can be watched on any mobile device with an internet connection with the app or website.
  • Are there long term contracts, can I cancel service and how do I cancel?
    • There are no contracts, you can pay as you go and you can easily cancel at any time! Cancelling is easy; simply do not pay for the next month and it will cancel automatically.
  • Can I run 1 subscription on multiple devices?
    • No, as every subscription runs on 1 device of your choice and therefore meaning you can’t run it on multiple devices at the same time. If you want it on 2 devices at the same time you would need to buy 2 subscriptions.
  • How to use LimitlessTV?
    • LimitLessTV is powered by T.O.P.S. TV which requires an internet connection and the T.O.P.S. TV App. There are different ways to install the app on various devices. The best way is to use a streaming device such as: Amazon Fire TV, Fire Stick, Fire Stick 4K, Mi Box, Nvidia Shield, Android Device or Computer. Once you purchase your hosting service, LimitlessTV will give you detailed instructions on how to download and start streaming.
  • I am having buffering issues, what can I do?
    • If your stream keeps buffering, it is most likely not a T.O.P.S. service issue. Try clearing the cache, restarting the device and or restarting your modem/router. If these steps do not help, your Internet service provider may be throttling (slowing) your speed. Especially if you notice the problem only during peak Internet traffic hours, around 5 PM to 11 PM daily.
  • While watching the program just paused?
    • If while you are watching a channel the service appears to have paused, simply select and open another channel, then return to the original channel to see if it is now playing, this can be due to break in transmission for a second, the software will halt under these conditions.
  • My Channels Are Not Working?
    • We strive to provide you a high level of service at much discounted rates. So please keep this in mind first and foremost. If a channel is down, we will do our best to restore that channel back to service by swapping sources and also reporting it as a down channel to our provider. If you are seeing “Unable to Stream” please back out of SoPlay. From your home screen click settings then apps then SoPlay (T.O.P.S.) then clear cache. After doing this reboot your modem and router then reopen SoPlay.
